This facility in South Lake Tahoe has a double kitchen: 2 stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer / dryers. This vacation home has slate floor, granite countertops in the kitchen and comes with dishes & cookware for 80.

Fire side dining for 30 - 40 OR use for group activities with tables and chairs folded away OR set up as dining for 24 and family room with TV & VCR. 2 sofas sleep 4 at night. Firewood is provided and stacked outside for cozy chats with friends.

With over 8,000 sq ft of lawn, with volleyball court, basketball hoop, horse shoes, sun, shade, and space. Room for a wedding, a play, softball, group activities, a picnic, or relaxing under the trees while others hit the trails, beach or outlets.

The Bunk House is an addition to this mountain retreat facility. Not only do you get the big vacation home but you get a small bunk house that is great for the kids. The bunk house is steps away from the backentrance of the mountain home. It sleeps up to 8 in bunks and a futon. Kids and teens love their own clubhouse.

The rec room in this retreat facility has 3/4 size pool table, CD, TV, VCR, DVD, and brick patio. 5 futons sleep 10 and right outside this room is the hot tub that your group will love after a long day of fulfilling your retreat or vacation activities.

Alternatively your group can also add the Cedar Cabin to this property (Needed for all 80 guests) and have an additional 2 bedrooms, another small kitchen and cozy front room with firewood. Also the advantage of having the Cedar Cabin is that you will have yet another jacuzzi tub. This is ideal for groups who want to let mom and dad get away from the rest of the group at night or during the day should your group be a family group.

The Mountain Home is a great place for weddings. Set up everything in the back yard and after the new bride and groom have spent time with invited guests they can always retreat to there own private cabin.

All will have land (preferably at least one acre), with lawns and park-like landscaping, rock paths, streams and ponds, and adequate paved parking. They will be rebuilt to high quality in "lodge style". They will be furnished with quality mountain lodge furniture (pine, carved pine, hickory, log, or "arts & crafts" oak), oriental carpets, hooked or braided rugs, original art and oil paintings, stained glass lamps and vintage light fixtures, hand made quilts, antiques and bronzes, 8' screen surround sound dvd projection theaters, pool tables, Jacuzzi bathtubs, hot tubs, landscaping, recreation areas & equipment, brick patios, gas bbq's (with hickory provided), paved parking, privacy fencing, maple (or oak) kitchens with double appliances, pine (or oak) interior panel doors, lodge pole and pine trim, casual mountain atmosphere -- and everything else we can think of to convey extra caring and effort for our guests to give them a truly "Mountain Home". We include everything we would want or need if we were home: corkscrews, large pots, a milkshake maker, matching dishes and silver, quality utensils, a tea cozy, big towels, thick comforters, unique objects, art books, etc., but also kid and pet-friendly. In other words -- it's "ALMOST HOME". It's a casual alternative to commercial event rooms and isolated hotel rooms -- and everyone can stay together.
